BALANCED ROCK INN

Balanced Rock Inn was built for people who come to Fruita for a reason, to ride, explore, and spend as much time outside as possible. We’re not trying to be over the top or overdesigned, just a solid, comfortable place to land at the end of a full day.

Set right in the heart of Fruita, everything is close. You can walk to coffee in the morning, grab dinner downtown, and be on the trails or headed into the Colorado National Monument within minutes. It’s the kind of place where you park the car and don’t think about it again until it’s time to head home.

We’ve kept things simple on purpose. Clean rooms, thoughtful amenities, and a few extras that make a difference like a bike wash station, outdoor fire pit, and easy parking including space for trailers. It’s not fancy, but it’s exactly what you need, done well.
